7月1日下午，由武汉大学主办的第二届“全球传播与可持续发展暑期学校”主要文化实践活动——中国书法体验课在湖北画报社举行。本次活动由长江文化研究院协办，湖北画报国际传播中心、长江文化艺术培训中心、长江书画教育推广中心联合承办。来自乌兹别克斯坦、美国、德国、匈牙利、墨西哥、越南等六国的师生执笔挥毫，在中国书法家协会会员、湖北画报社董事长的亲授下，开启了对中国书法的体验与探索。

On the afternoon of July 1st, the Chinese Calligraphy Experience Class, a major cultural activity of the 2nd "Global Sustainable Development Communication and Summer School" hosted by Wuhan University, was held at Hubei Pictorial. The event was co-organized by the Yangtze River Culture Research Institute, and jointly organized by the Hubei Pictorial Society International Communication Center, Yangtze River Cultural Art Training Center, and Yangtze River Painting and Calligraphy Education Promotion Center. Teachers and students from Uzbekistan, the United States, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, and Vietnam practiced calligraphy under the guidance of a Chinese Calligraphers Association member and Chairman of Hubei Pictorial, thereby embarking on an immersive exploration of Chinese calligraphy.

During the class, the instructor explained the evolution of the writing styles of the character "水".

本次书法体验课以“长江文化可持续发展国际传播”为背景，旨在通过中国传统艺术形式增进国际青年对长江文化的理解。陈明华老师在课上重点讲解了汉字“水”的篆书、隶书、楷书、行书及草书五种书体的历史演变过程与基本写法。活动特别邀请了来自长江文化研究院的李筱冰担任翻译，她流利的英语表达赢得了学员们的掌声！

教学过程中，陈明华老师注重实践指导，对学员进行逐一或分组示范，亲自指点书写技巧。学员们认真临摹练习，尝试书写了“水”字的五种不同书体，特别对楷书结构的严谨劲挺和草书线条的灵动飞动有了初步体会。

During the teaching process, Mr. Chen Minghua emphasized practical guidance, conducting individual or group demonstrations while personally instructing scholars on brushwork techniques. The participants engaged in meticulous imitation practice, attempting to write the character "水" in five distinct calligraphic styles. They particularly developed a preliminary understanding of the rigorous structural precision of regular script and the dynamic fluidity of cursive script.

The first calligraphic work written with a brush pen won the praise of Mr. Chen Minghua.

课程尾声，学员们纷纷挑选出自己最满意的“水”字书法作品，手举作品上台与陈明华老师合影留念。

As the session neared its conclusion, the scholars each selected their most satisfying calligraphy work of the character "水" , proceeded to the stage holding their works aloft, and posed for a group photo with Mr. Chen Minghua as a keepsake.

陈明华董事长在活动结束时表示：当学员们把亲手书写的“水”字书法作品带回自己的国家，就是长江文化国际传播最有力的实践。他肯定了学员们专注的学习态度和初步掌握的书写技巧，并指出中国书法作为文化载体在促进国际交流、增进友谊方面的重要作用。
